    Having a professional tooth cleaning at regular intervals (usually every six months) is imperative to maintaining great oral health! During this visit, one of our dental hygienists will scale, polish, and floss your teeth. An examination will be performed by the doctor and recommendations for treatment and/or homecare will be given. You’ll leave our office with a fresh smile and a brand-new toothbrush!

  • X-rays

    At Cherry Valley Smiles, we use digital x-rays to capture images of your teeth and gums. Digital x-rays provide an instantaneous high-quality diagnostic image on our computer screen while using up to 90% less radiation. X-rays are used to diagnose and monitor disease of the teeth, bones, and gums. X-rays are an essential component to a thorough examination– while often not necessary at every visit, check-up x-rays, known as “bite-wings” should be updated yearly.
